1. Definitions
FlowGuard is an observability platform for n8n, developed and operated by Basecore Labs. The service is offered via monthly subscription.
2. Nature of Service
FlowGuard acts exclusively as an observer. The platform does NOT execute actions automatically, does NOT alter workflows, and does NOT interfere with client system operations. All operational decisions are the exclusive responsibility of the human operator.
3. Client Responsibilities
The client remains fully responsible for their infrastructure, operational decisions, and proper use of the platform. Basecore Labs is not responsible for decisions made based on information provided by FlowGuard.
4. WhatsApp Usage
The client must use the WhatsApp channel in accordance with Meta Platforms, Inc. terms of use. Basecore Labs is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Meta.
5. Limitation of Liability
Basecore Labs is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the service.
6. Suspension for Abuse
Basecore Labs reserves the right to suspend access in case of improper, abusive use, or violation of these terms.
7. Changes to Terms
These terms may be changed at any time. Significant changes will be communicated with reasonable advance notice.
